Not Feeling It? We Got You.

We want you to love what you wear. Every Bowchika tee is made fresh for you, so we handle exchanges carefully.

⚡ Order Changes / Wrong Color or Size Ordered

If you ordered the wrong color or size by mistake, let us know within 24 hours of placing your order at support@bowchika.com with your order number and correction details.

After 24 hours, production begins — and we won’t be able to make any changes or exchanges.

🔁 Size Exchanges

We allow exchanges only for sizes between S and L, and only if stock is available.

There are no exchanges for XL and above, as those are made to order and become dead stock for us.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Items

Since all our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or refunds unless there’s a genuine issue like:

  • Misprint / print defect
  • Damaged item
  • Material defect


If you receive such an item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos at support@bowchika.com. We’ll verify and resolve it quickly — either through a replacement or another fair solution.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are not applicable unless approved due to a damaged or defective item.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

🎁 Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Customized cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstance.
