You’ll receive an order confirmation as soon as you place your order, followed by a tracking link once the order is shipped.

We currently ship across India.

For remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery may take a little longer — we’ll keep you informed in such cases.

🚀 Shipping Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days (India)
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • For other orders, applicable shipping charges are calculated at checkout

🕵️ Track Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS so you can follow your order in real time.

🔁 Re-Shipping & RTO Policy

If a delivery attempt fails due to consignee unavailability, incorrect address, or non-response, the courier may mark the order as RTO (Return to Origin) after maximum delivery attempts.

In such cases, if you request the order to be shipped again, a re-shipping fee of ₹99 will be applicable to cover logistics and courier costs.

We recommend ensuring availability and accurate address details to avoid delays or additional charges.

🛑 Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Bowchika is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
